Florida Republican Party Releases $1 Million in VIP Tickets for Ron DeSantis Inauguration Festivities

Top five donors will be announced as inaugural chairs.
Five lucky groups can pay for VIP access to Gov. Ron DeSantis opening price of $1 million.
The package is the largest donation award for the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF). Paying top dollar wins VIP tickets and much more, including recognition as an “Inaugural Chair” sponsor at the Governor’s Inaugural Ball.
Prize packages range from $25,000 to $1 million, but only five packages are available in the $1 million and $500,000 cohorts.
At the introductory price, donors earn two VIP tickets to the swearing-in ceremony, two VIP tickets to the Governor’s Inaugural Ball, two commemorative inaugural gift packages and recognition as a ball sponsor.
The last level wins 10 tickets to a candlelight dinner, tickets to the swearing-in ceremony and the inaugural ball; two tickets to A Toast to One Million Mamas; 10 Commemorative Inauguration Gift Packages; photo opportunity; and Inaugural Chair recognition. Awards for the $500,000 level are the same as for the $1 million level, except that donors are recognized as a “Host Committee Sponsor” instead of an Inaugural Chair.
The Republican governor will be officially sworn in for a second term on Jan. 3 at noon. With a decisive victory on election night and new Republican supermajorities in both chambers of the Legislature, DeSantis will begin his second term with a clear mandate from Florida voters.
RPOF donation packages, branded under a fake seal for the governor of the “Free State of Florida,” include access to the inauguration hotels and VIP transportation. VIPs will have preferred seating for all opening activities. However, sponsors must register for each event or they will forfeit their tickets.
Ticket registration closes at the end of the business day on December 22. Sponsorship contributions are due no later than December 28th.
DeSantis’ first inauguration was more modest than the former governor’s. To Rick Scott. Scott held an inauguration parade. Instead, DeSantis chose to keep a baptism ceremony for my son Masonwho was then the youngest child of the first couple.
